Welcome to the official website of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Latvia in Northern Ireland. The Honorary Consul Dr. Gerard O’Hare CBE was appointed on 27 January 2010 and is concerned with the well being of all Latvian citizens who come to visit, work, study or reside in Northern Ireland; he is also tasked with helping the promotion of trade and business links as well as promoting cultural, tourism and educational exchange with Latvia.
